  Founded Irshad on a simple conviction: a citizen should be able to find out what a government procedure requires before setting out, not after queuing for it. Leads the platform and its engineering.

• Tahseen Alaa

  Co-founder — Software Engineer

  Co-founded Irshad and builds the systems behind it. Works on making the guidance hold up in all three languages, on the phones and connections most people actually use.
