Register on the electronic platform
Create an application on the authority's platform using your national ID number and a mobile number in your name.
Upload the supporting documents
Attach proof of the qualifying condition — death certificate, divorce deed, disability report or unemployment statement.
Receive the field researcher
A social researcher visits the household to verify the declared circumstances and income.
Await the eligibility decision
The decision is published on the platform. Rejected applicants may object within thirty days.
Collect the payment card
Approved beneficiaries receive an electronic payment card used to draw the monthly benefit.
